Jag is a strategic and operational professional with over 30 years' commercial experience and extensive global network in the fields of life science research, clinical diagnostic and drug discovery. All of his recent roles have been senior c-suite positions. A highly results-orientated individual, he is experienced in strategic business planning, business development and creating and coaching high-performance teams. His track record includes the commercialisation of novel technology, building a global commercial network and building out fast-growing international businesses. 

In addition, he has been a long-standing director, current Treasurer for the British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA), the UK trade body for the IVD industry as well as a certified business mentor as part of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM). He is also Chairman of Astratus Ltd and Alderley Lighthouse Laboratories.
